Travis will focus on leading the team through sales along with project management of commercial jobs.

John purchased Bryant Iowa Heating and Cooling in 2025. He will be focused on team leadership, finances and image of the company throughout the Des Moines metro. He has little experience in the HVAC world, but believes the focus of the trades should be local first.

Jacob has been with the company since 2024. Jacob focuses on sales, service and install. He is well-rounded and knowledge on the install through sales process. His primary focus is on the residential service and replacement. He will be able to assist with light commercial as well.

He has worked on the service side primarily, but he has been focusing more attention on install along with sales calls. His customer service is top-notch. He will focus on the residential service calls and sales opportunities in the company.
